Mount Agung, the highest mountain on Bali, is an awe-inspiring active volcano standing at 3,142 meters above sea level. Located in the District of Rendang, Karangasem, this majestic peak attracts numerous trekkers from around the world, making it the second most popular hiking destination on the island, after Mount Batur. Mount Batur itself, with an elevation of 1,717 meters, is located in Kintamani, Bangli.
The trek to Mount Agung’s summit often begins near the sacred Besakih Temple. Starting at the Besakih trekking point, hikers will venture through a dense forest, embarking on a challenging climb to the highest peak. The adventure usually starts around 11:00 PM, taking approximately 6 to 7 hours to reach the summit. Although the route is demanding, the reward is unparalleled. Imagine witnessing a breathtaking sunrise from the top of Bali, a sight that will rejuvenate your spirit and make the strenuous hike entirely worthwhile.

Via Besakih
- 21.00 PM to 22.00 PM : Pickup at your hotel, pickup time is depends by distance of your hotel to trekking start point.
- 23.00 PM : Arriving at trekking start point Besakih.
- 23.15 PM : Trek to the peak of mount Agung is beginning,
- 6.00 AM : Approximately 6 Am you will arrive at top of Mt Agung. Here we can see the spectacular scenery and sunrise. During enjoy the beauty view, we will served breakfast : hot drink, sandwich, and some fresh fruits.
- 7.30 AM : Heading down and go back to the start point,
- 12.00 PM : Trekking is done and our driver will drop you back to your hotel.

Via Pasar Agung
- 23.00 PM to 00.00 AM : pick up at your hotel, pick up time depends by your stay location in Bali.
- 1.45 AM : Arrive at the start point Pasar Agung Temple. You will get short briefing about standard procedure before start the trek.
- 2.00 AM : Start the trip to the summit and sunrise point.
- 6.00 AM : Around this time you will arrive at the peak, where we watched a spectacular view and sunrise and served your breakfast.
- 7.30 AM : Go down and go back to the start point
- 11.00 AM : Trekking is done and you will dropping back to your hotel
On the way we back to the hotel we able to visit coffee plantation, and you can combine your tour with other activities, just let us know!
